·                 Wow Wow Sauce (must be tried!) Laburnum House speciality – subtle blend of Pickled Walnuts, Port and English Mustard finished with a Demi Glaze.

 

·                 Bordelaise – A blend of Red Wine, Mushrooms, Herbs and Demi Glaze, finished with Cream.

 

·                 Garlic Sauce – A blend of Garlic, White Wine, Demi Glaze finished with Cream.

 

·                 Cider and Apple Sauce – A Blend of Cider, Apples, Demi Glaze, Honey, finished with Cream.

 

·                  Highland Sauce – A Blend of Whisky with Mushrooms, Demi Glaze finished with Cream.
