Laburnum House can offer a variety of
adventure sports ideal for corporate and private parties. While Laburnum
House can provide virtually any adventure sport for our clients, our hotel
has particular long-standing expertise in the following:
Clay Shooting. We can offer clients a day
course particularly suited for novices to this sport . Your staff will be
introduced to the shotgun in the morning and then have a chance to put all
what they have learnt into practice on the shooting ground after lunch. Water Sports. Our
hotel has exclusive access to Middlemoor Water Park – one of the South West’s
largest man-made sport’s lake. Located a short distance from our hotel,
Middlemoor Water Park can offer Waterskiing, Wakeboarding and Jet skiing. The
lake’s slalom course provides a thrilling unique but safe venue for numerous
competitive events ideal for team building, supervised by professional water
sports instructors. We can offer water sports tuition from beginner to
international standard. Pro Karting. Middlemoor Water
Park also has
a Pro Karting track, again another ideal
venue for competitive team building exercises. We have
single engine karts
(ideal for complete novices) or
twin engine models for more exciting,
adrenaline-pumping racing events. A day utilising a combination of these
activities will ensure a varied and action packed session for your staff.
More sedate activities, such as tours and walks of various
local sites of natural and/or
historical interest can also be included. The
