Your Wedding Day is the most special day of your life, and we at Laburnum House would be honoured to cater for your reception and also to offer assistance and guidance. We have been holding wedding parties here for twenty years; as a result our experienced staff can offer a professional service tailored to your personal requirements.

 

Laburnum House is licensed as a venue for civic marriage ceremonies.

In the weeks prior to your wedding Laburnum House will be there to guide and reassure you. On your wedding day, our senior managers will personally coordinate the day’s events; overseeing every detail so that you can relax and enjoy this very special day.

WEDDING PACKAGING.

Our Wedding package includes:-

        ROOM HIRE FOR EITHER -

·          The Function Room (50 - 110 guests).

·          The Red Room (80 or fewer guests).

·          Two glasses of house wine with the wedding breakfast.

·          Two glasses of house wine with the wedding breakfast.

·          A silver cake stand and knife.

·          A complimentary overnight room for the Bride and Groom with a 4-poster bed, inclusive  of full English Breakfast (available at weekends only).

for “drinks inclusive” menu options only:

 A  glass of  Sparkling Wine for the toast 

Or:-

·          A glass of Champaign with a £ 4.00 supplement per person.

·          A glass of Moet and Chardon vintage Champaign with a £ 5.50 supplement per person.

·          bouquet of flowers and a bottle of champagne can be arranged (price subject to negotiation).

·          Ample Free Parking:- Special accommodation rates for the wedding guests.

·          Children under 10 can eat from the adult's menu at half price (Children under 4 years are completely free).

·          Attractive inside and outside locations for your photographs, (including a floral summer courtyard).

·          Toastmaster facility (if required).

(COLD PLATED MEAT SIT-DOWN MEAL)

£ 22.50  per person.

(£32.50 with arrival drinks & toast)

Melon Boat/Soup-Of-The-Day/Fruit Juice.

 

Main Course:

Choice of Beef, Ham, Turkey.
Cold-plated meats with jacket potato, three side dishes, garnish and new potatoes.


Choice of two sweets.
Sparkling Wine for the toast.
Coffee & mints.
(includes room hire)

PACKAGE "B":
(HOT SIT-DOWN MEAL)
£ 24.50 per person.
(£32.50 with arrival drinks & toast)

(Includes Wine or Sherry on arrival).

Main Course:

 Hot roast (normally Turkey or Beef)
with roast potatoes and three fresh seasonal vegetables of the day.

          (Add £2.80 for sweets, £0.95 for coffee).

 

·                 Pig Roasts £15.50 per person ( 50+ people).

 

·                 Evening buffet menu  (£7.50—£14.50).

         (Roast Potatoes available at 80p per head extra.)

We  possess 16 acres of open land adjacent to our hotel, and can therefore easily accommodate marquee-based functions involving hundreds of people.
