Laburnum House
Lodge Hotel combines regional charm with modern luxury. We are a
converted farmhouse situated within the beautiful and majestic Somerset
levels, between the seaside town of Burnham-On-Sea and the historic market
town (and port) of Bridgwater. The famous Cheddar Gorge and market town of Wells is
but a short distance inland from us. There are more than
60 rooms
arranged in either a twin, double or family layout, all with colour T.V, tea
and coffee making facilities, en-suite bathrooms and parking spaces for 120
cars. Our standard rooms are £34.00 per person, per night, while our superior
rooms are £38.00 per person, per night (with breakfast). Family, Executive
and Bridal Suite rooms are also available. Children under 10 are half price
(in a family room). Our hotel has a Bed and Breakfast tariff of £ 58 (single
occupancy) or £ 68 (double occupancy), per night. Laburnum House is
also an ideal venue for any
corporate or "outward bound" event. With 40 acres of ground, it is
very suitable for club events, outward bound activities, shows (from dog,
flower to rural life exhibitions) and diverse sports (from rugby, football,
archery to "tug-of-war"). It is situated only 1000 yards from the
coast - much of which lying within the
Bridgwater Bay Nature reserve in a beautiful region of Sedgemoor. |
